Manual pages
============

This chapter reproduces the UNIX manual pages — the terse, exhaustive
command-and-option reference for every Pepsi program — that ``make install``
also installs under ``man 1`` (commands), ``man 5`` (the configuration file) and
``man 7`` (the message ``state``). The narrative :doc:`../introduction` and the
per-program chapters above explain *why* and *when*; these pages are the
authoritative *what*. They are the same text rendered by ``man pepsi.conf`` on an
installed system, and every ``:manpage:`pepsi.conf(5)``` cross-reference in this
manual links here.
